Catherine Selina WILLSON/WILSON born ?1860-73 ?; died 8 Sept 1946 at 
home in Oak Park Buncombe NC age about 70; known as "Kate" Gibbs my 
great-grandmother had 4 daughters and a son who died in infancy. I'd 
like to compare notes with other South Carolina Willson/Wilson 
researchers because all I have is family tradition that her descendants 
tell that her family was from Kingstree SC had homes in Columbia, 
Greenwood and Charleston SC and in Davidson and Buncombe
NC;  her sister Elizabeth Willson Miller had a home in Black Mountain, 
NC; my mother had TEXAS land grant [1830s] to Thomas Willson Englishman 
and believed this was her family.

My gggrandmother was Magah WILSON for the Williamsburg/Georgetown 
counties of SC.  Magah was born in 1825 and married John James MOORE. 
They had four children Mary Ann Caroline, William Abraham, Sarah Adeline 
and Louis Alexander.
