I have no information on a Carter List.  However, my South Carolina County Map
shows Carter Ford Church just outside Lodge, SC, on SC 217, just before it
crosses the Little Salkehatchie River into Bamberg County.  OR on SC 217 between
Lodge, SC, and Smoaks, SC.
