Oops.  Sorry about that folks.  I sent the same copy twice.  I hit the cancel
button by mistake after I first started the send.  Thinking it hadn't gone, I
then sent it again.  Looks like it went twice.  There are no differences in the
two copies.

Pages 1-6 of Transactions No 5. consists of the Table of Contents, Introductory
Remarks, etc. I'm only providing selected extracts, not a complete copy of
Transactions No. 5.
