URQ and Lynn:  Thank you for every shred of info you might have or know
about concerning the CARNE and HUTCHINSON families living in SC before
1800.  While I've been able to gather info here and there on some of
their related families, it has been quite difficult finding much
specific to JOHN CARNE and MARY HUTCHINSON who married c. 1765. I'll be
posting what I have on some people of these surnames over the weekend,
and I hope we can flesh out some more.

URQ, I found what you came up with very useful, as the name MOUZON, for
example intermarried with the DUBOIS, as did ANN CARNE, who married
PETER DUBOIS.  Her parents were the above-mentioned JOHN CARNE and MARY
HUTCHINSON.

Grateful as always for your help in snow-covered CT (where SC info is
hard to come by and interlibrary loans do not always come through, and
take weeks when they do...)
