Hi Laverne, Glad to have you back. I have learned a little more since we
e-mailed
last time.
My Ancestors:
Alexander Carlisle, 1790 census in Prince Fredericks Parish,
(Williamsburg Co. area). Received land grant for 700 acres. in Berkeley
Co. in 1812. Dead before 1817. He married Mary Winter, daughter of Hugh
S. Winter. Mary d. after 1840, bef.1850. in MS.
Three sons: Alexander Carlile, 1830 census, d. bef 1836 in SC.
                  David Nathaniel Carlile, 1830 SC census. 1850 MS
census. 1860
                  FL census. d.1876
                  Jehu (John) Carlile, 1830 SC census, 1850 MS census.
d. abt. 1862
