Obit for my great uncle....any connections?
Mr. Carl Columbus SPEARS, 77, of 7408 Steele Creek Rd. died Aug. 26, 1987, at
Presbyterian Hosp. of cancer. Memorial service is 3:30pm Sat. at McEwen
Funeral Home, Charlotte chapel. Mr. SPEARS, a retired carpenter, had worked
for Pat Hall Enterprises and Victor Shaw Co. He was a Union Co. native.
Survivors, his wife, Queen K. FOARD SPEARS; sisters, Mrs. Onie FORD of Fort
Mill, SC., Mrs. Irene FORBIS of Monroe, Mrs. Wilma PRIVATTE, Mrs. Evelyn
WILLIAMS, both of Matthews, Mrs. Clara FLOYD of Wilmington.
