Thanks for your very welcome recommendation. Unfortunately, I do not live in
S.C. and just returned from "using up" one of my all too infrequent visits,
so I do not expect to return this year.
Do you know if this book is recent enough that it might be available
through inter-library loan?
By copy I am also sending this reply to SCROOTS and SCHORRY, hoping that
someone who has
a copy can do a "look-up" for me.
