I am researching the name CALLIHAM.  The end of my line is JOSEPH T. 
CALLIHAM, born in SC, died in Texas.  There was evidently a group of 
Callihams that left SC went to GA, then AL, and settled in Rapides Parish, LA 
in the very early 1800's. The names of the men in this group of Callihams, 
while not unusual, were not common during the time period--Nicholas, Morris, 
David, etc.  While Joseph T. was with this group I have not been able to 
figure out his relationship with them, or who his parents were.  We estimate 
his birth date @1784 (from census records.)    He named his first son DAVID 
SOMMERLIN, and his second JOHN HAYS.  Does anyone have any of these names in 
their database?
