I receive up to 1000 messages per day. If you can't list the surname in the
subject, at least list them on the first four lines of text using all caps
for last names. i.e.

Francis McDANIEL, George Washington BROCK, etc.

This way I can scan thru the messages and find the names I am looking for
faster than I am deleting messages.

Thanks
Buck

I don't delete the message ... but a surname in the subject line would make

To all,

I feel compelled to say this.

When the subject line reads "BRICK WALL" I delete the message without
>reading
it.
