Of which Boyd in SC are you  speaking?  I am looking for info on a James
Boyd, Revulotionary Soldier from SC  who moved to Jefferson Co. AL and then
on to MS.  Some say that he was the father of Mary Boyd who married Michael
Robbins who is my 3g-grandfather.

Also, I noticed Davis in your name.  Do you have Davis family early in SC.
I just found out that Nancy Davis married Isaac Roberts.  They were the
parents of Frances (b abt 1800 SC) who married Josiah Parrott and Nancy who
married John Davis. Both married between 1810 and 1820.
