        You have mentioned The Laird {Leard, Leaird}Family.  My G-g-g
grandfather was Frederick Leard, married to Elizabeth Nickel{Nickle, etc.}
He was a Methodist Minister, but I cannot find any information on his
family, prior to him.  If you have any information at all I can use to
further my research on this family, I will appreciate your help very much.

        Thank you in advance for any light you can shed on this family, in
any way.
