Yes, it is Christmas.
The Pioneers of Wiregrass Georgia were written by Judge Folks Huxford.  10 
Volumes.  He started his writing in at least 1916.
Got to talk to the oldtimers that were there.
He states thruout the books that most of the Pioneers of Wiregrass (SE 
portion of Georgia), were from North Carolina, next being South Carolina 
(Mine from SC, Westbury/Westberry)
I will look up your kinfolks what headed to Georgia before 1870. (That was 
the Judges cutoff date).
I can also dig out the families that your kin married into, should you 
require that.
