This is to follow-up a posting by Bouy Peeples on 10 March,  regarding
several old family bibles he saw in an antique/junque shop in
Ballentine, SC.

There are three bibles that could be of interest to families in SC.
Bouy Peeples was absolutely correct on the HINNANT Family Bible:

Julius Josiah Hinnant m. Harriett Rebecca DOUGLAS  1904

Also, found the following two bibles:

Steven ELMORE m. Ann TIMMONS 1848

Elizabeth Ann JEFFORDS m. John Ray COKER 14 May 1874

Irmo, SC 29063, Ph.# 803-732-6287

Also, while visiting the Antiques On Meeting shop, 614 Meeting St., W.
Columbia, SC, 29169, ph#803-791-0008, I saw a photograph album for
sale.  Some of the names under the photographs were:  MALCOMSON,
THIEBAUD/THIEBAND?, secondary names included AUSTIN, MCKAY AND SHAW.
The very first photograph in the book was of Rev. Robert STEVENSON,
Baptist Minister.  There was no way of knowing if these are South
Carolina families.  It is a well preserved album

There is no further information available to me.  Hopefully, someone
will recognize a family.
