If someone has not already told you the Berkeley County RMC is on Live
Oak Drive in Moncks Corner. it has all the records Charleston does not
have .it has the oldest records because it is one of the oldest counties
also  did remember I found a godd lst on Scroots under the Old Counties
of SC[Berkeley Craven) My source of information on Berry comes from a
book written by Chritopher Metts about his family .who were one of the
first to get a grant for land and settled in the Edisto Branchville and
Orangeburg area  ,It is full of deeds,wills and has hundreds of names.if
