I am trying to find info on "Barney" BEARD. He is listed in
the 1860 and 1870 SC Census below as Barnwell BEARD. My line
continues with "Barney's" son Barnwell Preston BEARD... but
he is not listed on the 1860 SC Census. Most records show a
birthdate c. 1831-35 SC.
