Hello  I am looking for the relationship between Edward Rawlins who left a
will in Charleston probated 1700 and Charles Basden and William Bayley.  In
Rawlins's will he stated that if his children left no heirs that his estate
was to go to the children of Charles Basden and William Bayley.

Was Edward Rawlins's wife Sussana the sister of the wives of Charles and
William? Charles and William have been called the sons of Mary Cross wife of
John Crosse.  Charles and William appear to be her sons in law.

The Cross family and Bayley are listed in the early recods as Quakers.  Does
anyone know if there are  records for the South Carolina Quakers pre 1700?
or if there are records for Quakers in the Bermuda's and Bahama's?
