I am looking for information on the various Baisden families of SC.  I have found that Wentworth and Charles Baisden in the state pre 1700 were the children of William and Margaret Wentworth Baisden of Bermuda.  Would like informatin on James Basidon/Baisdane listed as serving on the Grandjury 1779 in 96 distirct and livning between Turkey Creek and Savannah River.  He is listed as serving again on the pettitejury list from the same time period.

Did he move there from Isle of Wight VA/ Southampton County VA?  Did he stay on Turkey Creek or move on?  Who are his family members?

Did other Baisdens live in SC and move into South East Ga to be near other members of the family that moved there from VA and NC?
