Searching for any help you may be able to provide that may lead to the 
crumbling of my brick wall.......William Richey (son of Robert J. Richey & 
Mary [Weir] Stewart) married three times.  His first marriage was around 
1810-11 and I have never been able to learn this poor woman's name.  Most 
records show his second marriage was to Jane Cowan in about 1815 and his 
third to Jane's older sister Elizabeth "Betsy" in about 1819.  William lived 
in the Old 96th District (Shoals Junction) near what is now the 
Abbeville/Greenville County line.  His family were members of the Greenville 
Presbyterian Church.  Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.
