Subject: Re: Askew/Haskew family From: Joanne Harley Date: May 31, 2000 Hi Melba, The Askew/Haskew name can be very confusing. There are a lot of people working on similar lines, and I thought you might like to contact them yourself. **Terri England : [email protected] David Larrimore: [email protected] Marvin Schubert: [email protected] Richard Haskew: [email protected] Scott Hinkle : [email protected] There was an Askew line and an Haskew line in Marlboro Co.,SC in the mid-seventeen hundreds. One John Askew was a Rev. War patriot. His wife was Ruth Pearson and his children were two sons named John, Jr. and Jesse. I do not think I have ever seen a Robert Askew, but there are many gaps we have not filled yet. The names I have shared with you are folks working on the Askew/Haskew line further West. (Ala, ARk, Tex) Good luck. Joanne H. N.C. Joane, > Do you know if there might have been Askew descendants from your Haskew > family? I am looking for a Robert M Askew b 1831-1833, d with Co.
