I am working on a history of the ARLEDGE (aka ALDRIDGE, esp in 18th
century) family, which settled in Camden District (later Fairfield
County) in mid 1700s. A branch also settled in 96 (Edgefield) District,
and there are probably other branches as well. 

I would like to correspond with anyone who has an interest in or
connections to this family. I am currently trying to sort out the
various lines. Common given names were Isaac, John, William, Joseph,
Moses, etc. I will be glad to share any information I have.
