We think perhaps William Norris Prichett's(Prichard) father was killed in the Rev War. We find him living with a Hayes family in Tuscaloosa County , AL, Census 1850 Perhaps this was his Mother Remarried? The wife's name was Louvenia Newton Hayes. William Named one of his sons Newton and my Grandfather was James Newton Hughes. someday I will find him. Thanks for replying.
