Thanks - Paige - for your comment. The larger libraries usally DO have
these. But the ones in my local library are in a store house and most be
requested ahead of time. In years past I have used these in the 
form or on microfilm or someother medium.

I having heard that these could be pulled up on your computer screen, it 
seemed that this would be more convenient, especially if one wanted to
review something previously missed.

If my informant is correct, these are available on the 'Net from a source in
FLA. The problem is how to get to them
