About the time the Revolutionary War ended a Frances ALEXANDER and a Mary
Wiggins migrated to South Carolina from "somewhere in North Carolina". Both
women had young sons with them. It is speculated that they were war widows.
Nothing is know of their maiden names, their husbands names or where in
North Carolina that they came from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
