Dr. Rodger Stroup forwarded to me your e-mail regarding problems you have
encountered in getting access to microfilmed SC records at your local LDS
Family History Center.  There are no restrictions on access to the LDS
microfilm copies of SC records imposed by the SC Department of Archives and
History. I have followed up by calling Mr. Noel Barton at the Genealogical
Society of Utah.  He has assured me that he will clear up any confusion
about access on his end, thereby removing any barrier to use of the
microfilms of SC records by you or any other researchers.
