Have you tried the book "Abstracts of Old Ninety-Six and Abbeville District
Wills and Bonds"?  I have some pages, including Richeys but not necessarily
all of them (I was copying "Red"s at the local library so I have several "R"
pages).  None of the Richeys in what I have quite seem to fit yours.  Who
died first, William or his wife (are you looking for his will, or hers?).
Also, she might appear in the will of one of her relatives (I don't have the
index to look at now).  The book does include most of the names mentioned in
each will, not just an index.
