18th century SC geography - Pam Wilson

Hello--I'm going through some indexes to land records from 1756-1772.
Can someone familiar with SC geography tell me where (1) Tylo Creek and
(2) Dutchman's Creek (variably in Berkly, Colleton and Craven counties?)
would be today? Also, where (3) St. Georges Parish and (4) Bush Creek
were/are?

Also, while we're on the subject--what is a "memorial" with reference to
land transfers?

Thanks!
