Subject: 1860 Census, John Craven From: Elcrave Date: March 31, 1998 Has anyone have access to the 1860 Census for Colleton Co.? If so would you kindly look up a John Craven for me. He may be the father of my husband's grandfather Lawrence Craven who was born in SC in 1858. We believe his father was John, as his name appears on his death certificate. Lawrence died in Anacortes, WA in 1917. We believe that he is from Colleton Co., as my husband's uncle is Jarvis B. Craven, which is a name that appears on the census index.
