This is an -until- now undiscovered multiple-convolution of family lines...

I am from Edward Bomar & Elizabeth Fielding, who came from Essex Co ENG to
Essex Co Va, (Edward b c 1717, ENG, d 1766 VA).. who had children Wm, John,
Thos. Alexander, Peter and Ann.

John Bomar, m Barbara Bush, dau of Bibby Bush & Susannah ( probably Herron)
and are parents of William, Bibby, Fielding, John, Ruben, Susannah, Booker,
Armistead, Spencer and Edward( who m Mary Wood.)

Ruben,b c 1759, who married Nancy Wood in Spartanburg SC, migrated to Henry
CO TN c 1820, and their family was one of the founding families of that
area... I come down from their daughter Louisa, who m Alexander McCullough,
and who have multiple McCullough and Rushing intermarriages in TN thereafter.

that Nancy Wood, who m Ruben Bomar, was dau of John Wood & Maiden Seay. John
b c 1736 ENG lived in Amelia Co VA prior to Spartanburg SC, d sc Nov
1819...their children are John, Nancy, Martha, Coleman,Cynthia, Joyce, mary (
whom I show m a Edmund Chapman) James, Jane and Synith.

I bet the Wood line connects in Spartanburg SC, and Bomar is odd a name
enough, know they are the same family.

Anyone want to share??

I have a LOT on Bomar, gotten in Paris TN (Henry Co) Library and some from
LDS, and other Bomar descendants.

Catherine
