I REALLY  need some help! Our local library's genealogical sources for SC
census indices covers the years 1790, 1800, then jumps to 1840,50, and 1860.
Of course, you would know that my long-lost ancestor was born somewhere in
SC abt. 1813. So, I desperately need someone to see if they can find a
Whitfield LANGLEY in either the 1820 or the 1830 census. In the 1820 he will
probably not be listed unless you look under the HOH. But by 1830, he was
27-28 so possible he was a HOH himself.
Need to know his father's name and which county.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
