Hi all,
Just wanted to let those who have requested look-up from me to give me a
bit of time. Ran into a problem with my work/business and the book is not
indexed. Am happy to do this, but just wanted to say might be a few days
due to time constraints with the business. I have had plenty of help
through years, and am delighted to be able to help others.
