Subject: Re: 1768 Chichester Ship from Belfast and BEARDs From: Janet Jilote Date: May 13, 1998 Steven, Was a SC port listed anywhere with this information? I think I came across a find with the BEARDs listed in this information. My BEARDs where in the Chas Dist area (Chas., and Colleton Co). This seems a likely place to look for a connection. My last BEARD found was Barnwell Preston BEARD born in 1831. He had a daughter named Martha (hoping for a connection). I suppose my next step is to find more on the Ship, such as port of entry.
