[DI449] official report was suicide. Wanda Bailey attended the funeral with Maude and Bruce Lowery and learned that she had consumed a mixture of Paris Green and water (a poisonous chemical used as an insecticide). Because the lower portion of her face surrounding her mouth was so severely burned, it appears that she could have been forced to drink the solution. No known investigation, however, was made.
