³In the name of God amen, I, Clarisa A. Williams of Alleghany Springs, Va, do make this my last will and testament as folows. 1st I give and bequeath my daughter Martha N. Smith (100) one hundred dollars that I advanced to her in the year 1907. 2nd Give and bequeathto my four grand children of Haden H. Williams ($25) twenty-five dollars to be divided equal between the four. 3rd I give and bequeath to the heirs of my daughter Isabell Nickles, dec (25) twenty-five dollars to be divided euqal between all of her surviving heirs. 5th (sic) I give and bequeath to my son N. H. Williams all lands and personal prop and about ($500) five hundred dollars in money. This share being in consideration that my son N. H. Williams has and is to provide and [unreadable] care of me during my future life. I appoint my son N. H. Williams my administrator of this my will and desire that no security be required of him. Atkinson In the Clerks Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery Country, January 10th, 1911 A paper dated the 26th day of January 1909 purporting to be the last will & testament of Clarisa A. Williams deceased was produced in office by N. H. Williams the administrator therin named and proven by the oath of R. C. Atkinson one of the subscribing witnesses hereto who made oath that he and Peter P Richards the other subscribing witness were together and in the presence of the testator at the time of the execlusive acknowledgement and attestation of said will. Whereupon said will is admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded and N. H.
