John Kudron

John W. Kudron, 52, a member of Operating Engineers Local No.3, died yesterday in a local hospital. Born in Genoa, Neb., he had been a resident of Nevada for the last 22 years.

For the last seven years, he lived in the Reno-Sparks area at 2006 Prater Way. Mr. Kudron was formerly employed by the Nevada State Highway Department and more recently by the Palace Club. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Zelpha Kudron of Sparks; and a son, Ronald Kudron of Sparks.

Funeral Arrangements, which are incomplete will be announced by Walton Funeral Home.

John W. Kudron, 52, a member of Operating Engineers Local No. 3, died Monday in a local hospital. Born in Genoa, Neb., he had been a resident of Nevada for the last 22 years.

Friends are invited to attend the funeral, which will be held from the Sierra Chapel of Walton Funeral Home Thursday at 8:30 a.m. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Pyramid Way, Sparks at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery.


Note:
John William KUDRON is my grandmother's (Martha KUDRON GALUS) youngest brother. According to a small notebook my grandmother had, John was born 15 April 1908. John gave 1 April 1909 as his date of birth on his Social Security Application.

John William KUDRON is buried in Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery in Reno, Washoe county, Nevada, in the Veteran's section, row C, grave #5.
