There are many researchers on this line.
Moses came to America with his father c. 1754-1766.  As best I can tell.  He married Elizabeth Johnson, who was either from Antrim, as was Moses, or from New Jersey.  Her family was said to be cousins of some sort (from what I can gather) to Richard M Johnson, V. P. of the United States.  There is no evidence of this yet.  But there is evidence that they settled in Virginia, and created a mill along the Slate River, in Buckinghamshire, VA.  They had several children there, and then relocated to what is now Lincoln County, KY.
In 1787 Moses built a
log home, which was what his family lived in until his death. Some moved nearer Springfield, KY.

Moses and Elizabeth

After his death, Elizabeth lived with their youngest son John, and his family and they all removed a bit Westerly, probably to watch the grandchildren grow!
