News:  The Peak from AOL, by Cyrus Peak, I was putting into gedcom format, when someone on my Phillips line sent me a wonderful book by Peggy Frances Rush, who I have tried to find the family of to ask for rights to reprint.  Cyrus's work has a wonderful index, and lots of chart work.  I got about a third of the way through it, when I decided Rush's work was vital to tying so many of the earlier settlers of Nelson, Marion and Washington Counties together.  And there is no Index in it (Hey, I hear you can start a sentence with And...now...LOL)...
So I am about 1/2 way through typing it into Word, half hoping I will hear from someone who wants to sell the reprints, and will give me permissions of some sort, and half because I want to do lookups.  Which some of you know, I'm already doing!
     In the Phillips book you will find a lot on the Cartrights, Pottingers, Dooms, Rutters, Carters, Bealls, Peaks, Beems (Beams), Milburns, Blands, just to name a few...

So that is where that is at!
Besides that I have a lot more stuff that will branch off of here.  It is hard sometimes to know how to store it all, even on here!  There will before long be many cross references in this work.
