I have located a Rootsweb page that gives additional information on Noah and his son Edwin. See

This site quotes a different newspaper for the marriage of Noah and his wife; the Yates Co. Republican, 24 Oct 1826 issue, calls her Sally Marie Stevens (vs. Sally Marsh Stevens as my transcription of the Geneva Gazette of 25 October 1826 has it. Which was correct? "Marie" is more typical for a girl's middle name, but if she has Marsh ancestors, that remains a possibility.
The listing for Edwin gives five children by his first wife, identified as Nancy COUSINS (b. 1829, d. 18 Oct. 1864 in Albia, Iowa) and five by his second wife, identified as Mary Rebecca UNDERWOOD, born 1 January 1844 in Valparaiso, Indiana, to William and Polly Underwood; died 8 January 1802 in Great Bend, Kansas. Edwin served in the Civil War and received an injury so severe that it gave him trouble for years, leading to his going insane in 1886. He died in an asylum at Oswawattomie, Kansas. Edwin's children (by wife Nancy):
Noah's daughter Caroline married, on 6 April 1864 in Monroe County, Iowa, to Cyrus A. Blue. (The Rootsweb listing quotes a Marriage Index for the county.) As I noted, she was a widow by 1880.
