time. There are roll call records and a discharge for T.B. Gartman,
Pvt. Co.D, 3 Batt'n. Miss. State Troops. Enlisted Feb. 17, 1863
in
Columbus, Miss. He was absent on July 17, 1863 roll call with
remarks
"sent to hospital Meridian, Miss. May 9, 1863.
There is a hospital muster roll card for T.B. Gartman for June 30,
1863.
The discharge certificate states that he was born in Elbert Co, GA
and
he was 46 years and occupation gunsmith. His discharge is dated
July
17, 1863.
