Benjamin show up in the 1850 census as Franklin and did not show up again until the 1880 census as B.F. He porbably was in the 1870 cenus. Where was he during those 20 years. Three guesses 1) he was in the Army, 2) he worked on the Ohio river and gasp 3) he was in prison.
