Notes for Alexander C. COWIE

Living in Beeville in April, 1939. The family history book, Bee County,
states that his father and family came to Texas for the Winter of 1876 and
Alexander at the age of 19 decided to stay when the family returned to
Detroit.
Following the death of his father about 1893 he and his family returned to
Detroit for a period of ten years, returning to Texas in 1903.
