| PRIDGEN, Clara, age 90, passed away on April 16, 2000 at Oklahoma City. She was born to John and Bertha Ertel on Nov. 3, 1909 in Wellston, Okla, where she continued to live until graduating from high school. She moved to Okla. City and did secretarial work after graduating from Hill's Business College. She was married to Gray Pridgen on May 12, 1931. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two sisters, Emma Blaney and Lucy Andrews and nephew John Blaney. Clara was christened and confirmed in the Wellston Lutheran Church and for many years was an active member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Okla. City. She was a member of the Delta Tau Omega Sorority. She is survived by Helen Blaney, widow of John, and nephew Ronald Andrews and wife Cheryl of Pflugerville, TX. and many loving friends. Graveside Services will be held at 2 PM, Thurs, April 20, 2000 at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Zion Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice.
