NC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC She was born in New Hanover County on March 12, 1948, the daughter of Columbus Newton Pridgen, Jr. and the late Marter Melton Pridgen. She is survived by 2 bothers, Donnie Pridgen, Michael Pridgen; one sister Sandra Lee of Fayetteville, NC
