William T. Pridgen


Mr. William T. Pridgen, 82, of 811 Arrow St., Parker, died Dec. 27 in a local hospital. He was a resident of this area since 1910 and was a member of the First Church of God where he served as head usher. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Louise Pitts of Panama City, Mrs. Dorothy Voyles of Panama City Beach, and Mrs. Margaret Raffield of Panama City; four sons, George Pridgen of Panama City, Benny Pridgen of Lynn Haven, Jerry Pridgen of Parker and Dennis Pridgen of Parker; three sisters, Ruby Garrett of Orlando, Lucille Ecker of Palatka, Fla., and Alma Warffeli of Clinton, Okla.; 24 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the First Church of God with Rev. Luther Moore and Rev. Walter Kufeldt officiating. Interment will follow in Parker Cemetery. The family requests donations be made to the First Church of God in lieu of flowers.
