Following information taken from Bible owned by Dora Hartley Pridgeon (1883-1968) and Cornelia Coplin (1863-1939). The Bibles are now in the possession of Mrs. H. L. Pyeatt, 1800 Kentucky, Midland, Texas, who is Dora Pridgeon's daughter and Cornelia Coplin's granddaughter.

Bible belonging to Dora Hartley Pridgeon. The Holy Bible Containing the Old and New Testament. No date. 8" X 5 1/2". This Bible was a gift to Dora Hartley Pridgeon from her church given to replace the Bible which she lost when her house burned. The Saalfield Publishing Co., Chic., Akron, Ohio and New York. Leather cover, well worn, some pages loose.
