A photo of him was found by Clarence Watkins, Replogle researcher (email: [email protected]), who wrote on July 28, 2004: "I just found a picture of him... The book is Baseball Legends Shoeless Joe Jackson, copyright 1995 by Chelsea House Publishers, a division of Main Line Books, by Jack Kavanagh. It is a series of books on Hall of Fame Baseball players. It also list(s) Chelsea House is a registered trademark of Newfield Publications, Inc." Clarence sent a copy of the photo, which I have on my computer, ready to post in this place; but I will wait to do that until permission to use the photo is granted by the named publisher.
