Macpherson Family

This is James Macpherson (1853-1920), at home.

My Macphersons emmigrated from Errol, Perthshire, Scotland, in the early 1900's.

They came one at a time. I love the stories of the ocean crossings - how each trip took less and less time.

They settled in the Ohio Valley, worked hard, married, raised children, but never entirely left Scotland - it was always the home in their hearts.
