If you have any vital records, obits, county histories or census transcriptions
that you are willing to donate to "The Pierce Project" ™ for the States of IO, ND,
SD, WI, MN or NE, please contact Chuck Pierce .
If you live in one of these states and are willing to do lookups of information
and submit it, it will be greatly appreciated.
Effective Oct. 1, 1998, the Pierce mailing list started a new project that is
referred to as "The Pierce Project ™. This project consists of volunteers
from the mailing list that are researching all vital records from their own
geographical area and posting the information at this site. The records
will consist of information for the Pierce surname, regardless of the
spelling. All variations will be covered.
The purpose of "The Pierce Project" ™ is to identify all of the Pierce, Peirce,
Pers, Pearce and variant spellings of families and records for each of the
geographical areas that have been identified below. As more volunteers
join the project, more areas will be included. The volunteers will be transcribing
birth, death, marriage records, obits, wills, tax/land records, census recrods,
and County Histories for all Pierces, regardless of spelling and uploading the
information to this site.
