I Daniel Arbuckle, of the City of Philadelphia in the State of Pennsylvania, being now indebted to Samuel Arbuckle of the City and State aforesaid, in the sum of two thousand three hundred and fifty dollars, with interest from the second day of February in the year Eighteen hundred and sixty, in consideration thereof, do hereby bargain and sell to the said Samuel Arbuckle, the following property. One Grey Horse, two Bay Horses, two Bay Mares with colts, one Yoke of Oxen, two Cows with calves, one Sow and six pigs, three Hogs, two farm Wagons and Harness, one Horse Cart and Harness, one Ox Cart, two Ploughs, two Harness(?), two Cultivaters, one Cutting Box, one Corn Sheller, one Wheel Barrow, a Lat(?) of Hoes, Shovels and forks, oats, corn and potatoes now seeded, planted and growing in the farm in Cecil County in the State of Maryland known as the "White Hall Farm," a Lat(?) of Hay and Lat(?) of Wheat, all the above property now being in said Farm. Provided that if I the said Daniel Arbuckle shall pay to the said Samuel Arbuckle the said sum of two thousand three hundred and fifty dollars, with interest thereon from the second day of February last in or before the first day of April next, then these presents shall be void. Witness my hand and seal this Ninth day of July 1860.

I hereby certify that on this Ninth day of July, in the year one thousand Eight hundred and sixty, before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for Cecil County, personally appeared Daniel Arbuckle and acknowledged the within and [?] Bill of Sale to be his act. And at the same time also appeared Samuel Arbuckle, the Mortgagee within named and made oath on the Holy [?] of Almighty God, that the consideration mentioned in said Bill of Sale, is true and bonafide as there set forth
