8th ward (Osborne section) is about the only one still commonly referred to by it's ward number, don't believe the name Osborne was ever widely used. All others today go by the neighborhood name. Millville is now totally occupied by the steel mills, and Rosedale is now a slag pile below Hinckston's Run dam.
