My TEAGUE Family
I have two different lines of the TEAGUE Surname in my family.
One line is from my fathers family and the other is from my mothers
family.
The earliest information known of my fathers line is from Burke County, North
Caroline. It is believed but not proven that Nimrod Teague was the father
of my 3rd great grandmother Ellenor Teague who married William
Dickson/Dixon.
The earliest information know about my mothers line is from Shannon County,
Missouri. My 2rd great grandfather was William F. Teague who was born in
Tennessee. William married Elizabeth Elfler, to this union were born six
children,
John F., Sarah Ann, Martha Pauline, Mary Jane, Nillie and Nancy.
